Re: Elemental List
I understand that some of Elemental Specific and Elemental Non-Specific Mages will want more advanced elements such as Lava and the like. However you will be limited in what elements are available because of balancing issues and what not. You may have these elements:
Fire
Water
Earth
Wind
Lightning
Iron
Wood
Light
Shadow
Sand
Ice
Sound
Lava
Steam/Mist
Mud
Magnetism
Paper
Crystal
As you can see you are only locked from a few elements, but you cannot have the more advanced elements at D rank. As such all characters will be allowed to replace their current element with an advanced element, but to access certain advanced elements you must choose a certain base element. Advanced elements are:
Iron [Must choose Earth]
Wood [Must choose Earth or Water]
Sand [Must choose Wind]
Lava [Must choose Fire]
Steam/Mist [Must choose Water]
Mud [Must choose Water or Earth]
Magnetism [Must choose Lightning]
Crystal [Must choose Earth]
The remaining elements are of course base elements. Choosing an advanced element adds an additional mana cost to all of your spells (To be determined at a later time) but allows some custom skills not readily available to others.
